French rolls

Enriched unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin and folic acid), water, yeast, contains 2% or less of each of the following: vital wheat gluten, salt, vegetable oil (canola and/or soy), sugar, corn meal, extract of malted barley, dextrose, distilled vinegar, dough conditioners (sodium stearoyl lactylate, ascorbic acid), calcium sulfate, enzymes, calcium propionate and potassium sorbate (mold inhibitors).
